Other reasons may include students who perform better under work conditions such as assignments over a longer duration as opposed to three hour exams, or students who are perfectionists and simply run out of time to complete all the questions in a three hour exam or maybe students who were geniuses and needed to be challenged.
We don’t judge lawyers on previous work experience either, we understand that sometimes you need the right working environment or area of practice to excel and perform to your true potential. All we ask from each lawyer is to treat each team member with respect and dignity and possess a commitment to excellence.
